Cotton Candy Meringue Cookies

Cinnamon Roll Cupcakes
Cupcakes for breakfast? Yes please! Ok I know that's bending the rules a bit but they are cinnamon roll cupcakes. Donuts, cinnamon rolls, poptarts, cupcakes....what's the difference really.
